Academic Cooperation

Aware of the role thar the institutions of higher learning play in our society and our company and the value that can be created with them, our permanent cooperation with them is a crucial aspect from strategic point of view and this is accomplished by: 

• Entering into collaboration agreements and joint research projects with a group of universities including the Universidad Politécnica, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I, Universidad Carlos III, the three Universities in Madrid and the University of Oviedo, among others.
• Developing workplace integration programmes in which SATEC actively supports the inclusion of interns through collaborative efforts with different organisations including universities, placemente agencies and employment insertion services.
• Participating actively in the job forums sponsored by Public Administrations, Universities or the Media.
• Colaborating on Academic / Business initiatives by contributing to the sponsorship of summer courses such as those organised by the Universidad Complutense of Madrid; the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos I and the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Supporting and cooperating in the development of the L'Anella Científica with the Fundació Catalana per a la Recerca i la Innovació.
• Sending our professionals to executive level training courses at some of the nation's best universities, such as IESE, and international Universities such as the Harvard Business School, particulary courses related to Management Development, Innovation, Marketing and Human Resources.
