The primary function of SATEC's Customer Care Centre is to channel and manage the telephone calls, faxes or emails that are received, forwarding them to the department or supplier that can best respond to them.
This is the point of entry into the portfolio services of SATEC, where all request are properly received and, where necessary, channelled to the most appropriate department or supplier.
Workstation service:
The idea here is to provide integral management of the daily needs that arise in the workplace. SATEC offers a single point of contact for the reception of problems of any nature, queries and resolutions in relation to the internal information systems of our clients, using the most appropriate methodology, equipment and human resources.
