SATEC's focus in this area is providing a single processing framework (BPM solution) that automates all of the organisation's business processes by structuring them into tasks involving human interaction and tasks performed by mechanised systems, particularly with IT applications, separating the business logic from its technological implementation with a standarised set of business rules and allowing changes to be made simply and flexibly in order to adapt to market needs.

SATEC has participated in different projects related to teleprocessing, telematic registration, electronic signature, simplification of administrative processes, knowledge management systems, elearning, etc.

As part of the local Avanza Plan, SATEC has collaborated on the GeoPista initiative to create a geographical information system for local administration to solve their needs associated with applications that require georeferencing.
