Transformation Strategy

The successful implementation of the eAdministration model is based on a strategy of good organisation and effective management supported by new technologies.

SATEC has worked on projects which require the development of strategic ICT plans in general and systems and communications in particular. We are also monitoring and tracking numerous master plans and programme/project office management. (Principality of Asturias, Government of Andalucía, Community of Madrid, Communities of Castilla la Mancha, etc.).
